- S. Ramabadran (Commonly Known as RAM) is a fellow member of both the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) & Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also a Law Graduate & having extensive experience as advisor to established corporates in India & Abroad for nearly 4 decades. He is a widely travelled person all over the world, except Russia. He’s a specialist in structuring transactions involving complexities. He is thorough in Double Taxation Avoidance agreement (DTAA) & also is an expert in making presentations to attract money from fund of funds & also was instrumental in the galloping growth of companies engaged in financial inclusion business. He brought the brand of “FOSTERS” in to India, and the rest is History.
- K. Ajay Kumar Jain is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also a Commerce Graduate & having extensive experience as Advisor & Auditor of many SME’s in India for nearly 2 Decades. He’s a specialist in Debt syndication & Digital Marketing.
